  1. do it yourself (DIY), on your own, or
  2. do it with my help. You choose what works best for you and your temperament. 

Package Option 1: Two-to-three day onsite, facilitated by Jim C., LiFT strategic planning workshop. Price is based on a discussion between me and the company leader(s). This option includes the 25-30 page TAIS Performance Enhancement Inventory Report for each business leader (CEO/Owner and C-Suite executive team) and one-on-one consultations. Investment: TBD after dialogue with the business leader(s)
